Lucy Dodd started this petition to For everyone !

There is simply not enough resources available or attractive for teenagers to engage with in their local communities. Instead they’re becoming involved in criminal, or at least antisocial behaviours.
The attitude of most of these kids; too involved already; is they won’t engage properly if at all with anything linked to the Police in anyway as they have their egos and loyalty to their affiliates they call ‘friends’ .

So the Government and local councils need to fund local mentors who can use their own local knowledge skills, attractive resources set up for these teenagers or otherwise they’ll keep fighting each other for status as no-ones going to get through to them. Parenting support for the parents of these vulnerable kids , mothers groups, fathers groups, skilled motivational speakers and facilitators to get all the parents of the locality whose kids need this support, to come together and break the gang sides and postcode wars. Enough is enough and unless we all stand together this support will never be funded to where it turns the tide and stops children stabbing and shooting each other.
Local and National businesses also need to support this cause by sharing their facilities , their skills, so music studios and equipment for what they like doing, walls in buildings and canteens to be graffitied by buffing artists, sports facilities made available free of charge at times so it’s inclusive and not excluding those kids that can’t afford to fund themselves, whatever their into there is creative ways to bring the community together and turn the spiralling downwards turn back upwards … cmon together we can do this !
