A dream turned into nightmare.

This petition is floated herein in due to notification uploaded by State common entrance cell, Maharashtra extending the date of  CET for taking admission into LLB 3 years course from 11.05.2019 to 01.06.2019, thereby disrupting a whole educational year of CS Executive students who are aspiring to appear LLB 3 Years CET,2019.

Following Are Brief Facts:

1.  Due to lok sabha elections the date of LLB 3 years CET was extended  from 11.05.2019 to 01.06.2019 by notification dated 25th March,2019. The web-link of said notification is annexed herein. https://www.mahacet.org/cetcell/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/llb-3Yr.-extension.pdf

2.  It is pertinent to note at this stage that more than 60 percent of LLB CET Test takers are Students of CS and have already registered for CS-Executive exams in June,2019.

3.  This includes The large batch of students who are Studying for CS-Executive (June-2019 Exam) and  will be graduating this year.

5.  It is the settled fact that Law with CS is the hot combination nowadays and more and more students are choosing this field.

6.  But due to this Clash between CET and CS-Executive exams will disrupt a whole educational year to students, it will cause grave loss, irreparable  harm and mental agony to CS Executive students who are aspiring to appear LLB 3 Years CET,2019.

Solution:-

A.  Under the chairmanship of Adv. Mr Sachin B. Pawar the president of Student Law Council, Mumbai, we will present the number of affected students and strongly demand for seeking extension of CET Exam.

B.  Student Law Council, Mumbai always stands forefront for interests and protection of students. SLC,Mumbai (National Level) has resolved many complex educational issues in all over Maharashtra state.

Prayer:

A.  This is direct appeal to the ‘Commissioner State common entrance test cell’ to kindly postpone the current LLB 3 Years CET examination Date, in the interest of students at large.
