FDA to change standard of 20ppm of gluten in foods to be labeled gluten free.

Today, the standard the FDA has set forth is 20ppm or less of any food to be labeled "gluten free", I believe that if an item is labeled as such it should have 0ppm.  People with serious allergies can be misled by such labels, leading to a challenging diet being led astray. There is no need currently to even disclose such information on the label. Changing this standard would have a significant impact on people with serious gluten intolerances and celiac disease.
