1) The judge’s shocking personality change could be because of underlying mental issues, rendering her recent past judgments illegitimate. 2) Judgements patently against children’s best interests and /or against the law must be reassessed.

I have had an almost exact similar experience with judge and the courts work harder do recognize facts as opposed to fictitious stories made up by selfish a parent .

I believe that when it comes to child support the father's are always given the wrong end of the deal. The mothers use the children like pawns and see them as in monthly ATM.

Done! I signed because watching this gave me a panic attack, and brought me back to the memory of being yelled at and thrown out of court, by Judge Susan St. John in Pinellas County, Florida.
The level of unprofessional and uncivil behavior can be this bad.

I am glad I survived my experience, but I was hospitalized a few days after my encounter at civil family court on January 5, 2017 and it should not require such hostile acts in family matters, but it is usually done to silence the truth.
Much better care and attention are needed when family matters are at bench.
Family Law Reforms and tandem change in The Rules of Civil Procedure, Judical Rules of Conduct, and others ARE Long overdue because everyone deserves a fair day at court without bias for any reason. To Be Striken silent and in such a rude manner is not right or honorable from such a revered role as judge.. My boyfriend was striken silent from a family court order, while he was in jail for civil contempt of nonpayment of debt; I tried speaking for him many times but I can only imagine their anguish of being pitted against your child in a family matter, instead of our great state offering counseling to help promote healing for parent and child.
