When purchasing a new home most Lenders go by the seller's current property taxes. This is never correct and most homeowners, such as I, have had our Mortgages skyrocket due to this incorrect information. Mine was off by $3,000.00. Consequently causing my Mortgage to go up by $700.00. This is horrible and causes many homeowners to not afford there Mortgage payments. These Lenders need to be held accountable. Why do we, the Homeowner have to pay more because of someone else's negligence. We need Action!
