Heath O'Donnell started this petition to Florida State Senate and

On Janurary 31st 2020, Florida State Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio voted against allowing additional witnesses and documental evidence in the Impeachment Trial of President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. This directly contradicts their Constitutionally mandated responsibility to try Impeachment cases, of which the White House Counsel argued could not be a fair trial without witnesses being cross-examined.

Additionally, both Senators made statements that the American People did not want more evidence, whereas several polls over the course of the Trial showed that at least 70% of America supported hearing from Key Witnesses that the State Department blocked from answering Supeonas during the Impeachment Investigation.

In 2020 alone, State Representatives and Senators in Washington (with the exception of Representative Val Demmings) have failed to support the wants of the people of Florida. This gross misrepresentation of their Constituents wishes is currently limited to waiting until the 2022 and 2024 Senate Elections and the upcoming 2020 election, of which current evidence shows is being setup to be interferred with by outside agencies implicit in insuring that specific members, beholden to our President and his schemes above the Constitution, are elected over properly voted for Members.

As such, this Petition is to begin the process of giving a Federal-level Recall vote to the People of Florida, a Powerful tool of the People when faced with elected individuals that fail to respect the wishes of their Constituents, a power availble in full to 19 states in the Union.
