Florida Veterans unchallenged access to Medical Cannabis

Veterans should never be forced to explain or justify physical, emotional or spiritual wounds suffered because of serving in the United States Military.
In over 25% of this country any citizen above the age of 21 has legal state access to cannabis showing nothing more than a state issued ID.
An Honorable discharge from the US Military should qualify for undisputed inclusion as a “Debilitating Medical Condition” under Florida’s Amendment 2 and Veterans be considered “Qualifying patients”, and issued “Identification card” for Veterans and Caregivers. No questions asked!
(10) “Qualifying patient” means a person who has been diagnosed to have a debilitating medical condition, who has a physician certification and a valid qualifying patient identification card…
This Petition seeks to ensure Veteran access is not delayed, that veterans are not assessed, other than showing up for basic doctors visit and claiming veterans status. State will issue “Identification card” with proof of Doctor’s visit and Military Service to any Veteran and their caregivers.
A new VA study finds 20 veterans commit suicide each day “In 2014, more than 7,400 veterans took their own lives, Veterans account for 18 percent of all suicides in America and yet Veterans make up less than 9 percent of the U.S. population.”
