My colleges and I have been discussing how some people use shock collars on there dogs to train them. But recently I saw a dog with a shock collar on and it wasn’t doing anything and the owner shocked the dog. and it really hit my heart because it doesn’t train the dog it is really just inhumane torture to the dog.There for we want to get shock collars ban in florida first and then the country.
