To defund, reorganize and reestablish Child Protective services
F.B.I data shows 450 children are murdered annually, by their parents. 72% are under the age of 6. 29.7% committed by mothers alone. 14.2% by fathers alone. 22.6% committed by both parents.
Statistics drawn from the website, breaking the science, conclude that 70.8% of these Heinous Murders are committed by the mother and her partner. 29.2% of these are committed by the father and his partner.
Based on information from the website Child Help, there is 3.6 million referrals made to Child protection agency's involving over 6.6 million children. Only 3.2 million of these children will be subject to an investigation. In 2014 alone, state agency's found over 702,000 victims of child maltreatment. " THIS WOULD PACK 10 MODERN FOOTBALL STADIUMS!"
Individuals, who reported 6 or more adverse childhood experiences, had an average life expectancy two decades shorter than those who did not. These individuals developed the following. Ischemic heart disease or {IHD} Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or {COPD} Liver disease, not to mention the many other health-related quality of life issues, mental health disorders, addictions, and sexual and reproductive health issues and risk factors tied to child abuse and neglect.
As proven in an L.A. County courtroom by Dr. James Rebe of the L.A county Coroner's office, during the Gabriel Fernandez case, these problems are possibly linked to a gland, called the Thymus Gland which is located behind the chest plate and between the lungs and only lasts till puberty. This gland is supposed to be a large white plump soft gland that weighs up to 100 grams. in the case of Gabriel, it weighed only 10 grams, was shriveled and thin. An effect caused by stress atrophy. This gland is vital to the development of disease-fighting T cells.
In 2014 state agency's identified an estimated 1,580 children who died as a result of abuse and neglect- BETWEEN 4 AND 5 CHILDREN A DAY! However studies also indicate significant undercounting of maltreatment fatalities by some state agency's by 50% or more. Preserve the institution above all else. Those 1,580 children are roughly 1/4 of your child's elementary school class.
Also proven in the Fernandez case, was the fact that these child protection agency's are not only overwhelmed and underfunded. But run by government subcontractor's who have no interest whatsoever, other than the bottom line. People whom love their employment more than their self respect and the need to do what's right. Humans not human enough to put a child before them selves.
My proposal. That protection services. No matter the position take a minimum wage salary. They will advance in financial gain, only according to the children they save from a life of desolation. A bonus of sorts. This should be a career about saving our youth, not about money, funding or spending. Allow the people to have a say in the way things are done. No more of the secrecy behind an institution designated to protecting our most valuable assets. Access to all funding transactions and money's afforded to the population they've sworn to protect. Absolute Transparency.
