This law targets people who are doing no harm to anyone nor anything. This law allows law enforcement to harass and bully harmless people when there are much more serious issues that need to be addressed in communities. There are outdoor events with speakers stacked as tall as homes and can be heard for city blocks yet we have laws to target car audio?? This is ridiculous. As taxpayers we deserve to not be harassed nor bullied while enjoying music in our vehicles!!!
