Support Equal Time Sharing for Parents In Florida pass FL Family Law bill SB250

Parents are being driven out of their children's lives by a Family Law System that favors one parent over the other to maximize child support collections by the state and to enrich family law attorneys. Child Support awards are based in part on time sharing, current visitation (time-sharing) guidelines in Florida Law give one parent near 80% of children's time and relegate the other parent to a visitor, (not a true influential active and present parent in their children's lives). This is not a choice by two good, responsible caring and loving parents it is mandated by law that one parent lose the majority of their time and access to their children.
Please support Florida Bill SB 250 which alleviates the unfair and unbalanced time-sharing in the state of Florida. This bill amends the law in a manner to allow two good parents separating through divorce to have equal time sharing, both starting on fair and balanced ground for their children, so the children of divorce have both an equally present Mother and Father in their lives.
BE A PARENT NOT A VISITOR and contact your Florida State representatives and the Governor to pass this bill.
