FLORIDA GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT REPEAL FLORIDA SB 1140 / HB 49

This bill labels anyone a third degree felon if caught two times with the following that the bill bans:

(a) Metal, wooden, acrylic, glass, stone, plastic, or ceramic pipes, with or without screens, permanent screens, hashish heads, or punctured metal bowls
(b) Water pipes.
(c) Carburetion tubes and devices.
(d) Chamber pipes.
(e) Carburetor pipes.
(f) Electric pipes.
(g) Air-driven pipes.
(h) Chillums.
(i) Bongs.
(j) Ice pipes or chillers.

The bill goes on to include that even a clean unused device can be used to charge you. These Bills are not supported by the Majority of Floridians an American all over. We do not feel the label of third degree felon is appropriate. This law is an abuse of power, allowing any plumber (refer to pic above), electrician, mechanic, tobacco pipe vendor or smoker to be labeled a 3rd degree felon. According to FL gun law this "felon" label would virtually eliminate the persons 2nd Amendment rights. We DEMAND SB 1140 and HB 49 be REPEALED!
