Reopen our Salons, The American Dream was built on and started by Small Businesses. The State Board Of Cosmetology inspects and confirms that all Salons, barber shops and nail salons have the proper sanitation and certification every year.  That is nothing new, we just have to add a few more things now. Who better to start off the Economy are the ones that help us design who we are on the outside and thus helping our mental health and wellness on the inside because feeling better promotes chemicals in the brain for happiness.  
The PPP loan that “was” promised has loop holes that allowed big box stores and businesses to steal it away from who it was meant for.  For all of us who work pay check to pay check in the service department we can not live on nothing any longer. The Government did not have banks and creditors freeze our accounts or give us 0 % for these months, they still Want our money when our money has now run dry and PPP loan or stimulus has not come through for any of us.  Now what do we do? how do we pay for our house or food or car loan, monthly bills that does Not stop, but our money has.
