I believe that prison guards should wear body cams as there is so many corrupt guards.Prisoners are being tortured, beaten, killed, raped, etc. they should have to wear them at all times with termination and criminal charges brought against them if turned off. Something has got to be done to stop this horror. Lowell CI has the worst reputation for this torture. The guards are worse than most inmates, thinking they can use the inmates to their advantage, making the women trade sex for tampons and other personal items. Taking them from sleep and into closet ,where several of them rape her .I am disgusted with the prison system and it has got to CHANGE!!
