The Florida Department of Healths Office of Medical Marijuana Use, Executive Director Christian Bax is preventing patients from accessing medical cannabis in the State of Florida.

Patients are dying while waiting for their approval from the OMMU even after being approved by a qualifying physician. My name is Kyle Green and I own a clinic in North FL, called Lake City Canna Clinic. I recently found out that one of my terminally ill patients had passed away while waiting for their Medical Cannabis approval from the State of Florida. One of the last things they had left to try to combat their Cancer and yet they didn't have the chance to try it due to the Department of Health and Christian Bax dragging their feet. This makes me so mad! 

We need a new director that cares for the sick and dying patients here in the great State of Florida. Where is the compassion when 71% of registers voters in Florida voted in favor of Amendment 2 legalizing the use of Medical Cannabis. 

It's time for change and it starts with the removal of Christian Bax From his position as Executive Director with the Office of Medical Marijuana Use.
