Hi Friends,

As an ordinary citizen and in the age of internet I am hoping that all of you will help me out with my struggle to get my refund from flipkart. I have been mentally tortured, distressed and agonised by the entire process of communicating with them and they care a damn. I have paid them my husbands hard earned money for a mobile of Rs.22,000/- which is not working properly. The very next day after receiving it I got in touch with with them. Please read the conversation in the trailing mail between me and flipkart. This is how they treat their customers on bogus advertisement schemes like "Free And Easy Returns" & "100% Buyer Protection". They are cheats! Please help me!

Hi Geetha,
I have received a mail from flipkart (no-reply@flipkart.com) and the
subject of the mail being "Update / Your return request against your order
- OD103415531828720000 / Feedback requested" and when I went to the link
provided in the mail it took me to my flipkart account where I was shocked
and astonished to see "Replacement (Return ID: 24829830) - REJECTED"

"We're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason :
The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will
be no replacement or refund. Please refer to flipkart return policy?


Firstly there has been no communication between the seller and me.


Secondly flipkart is being absolutely irresponsible by not even verifying
whether there has been any communication between me and the seller or not.


Thirdly you market your website by saying that you?ll provide free and easy
returns.


Fourthly you?ll boast of 100% buyer protection


I don?t see any of the above that you have complied with. I have spent my
hard earned money to buy this mobile and the very second day after
receiving the product I have informed you that the product is faulty and
not working properly as it has hardware/software issues.


You are duty bound to give me a replacement but in stead of doing so I am
being mentally tortured and harassed by you.


Now all limits have been crossed as I am handicapped without a mobile phone
and am being forced to spend my valuable time doing all this communication
with you.

I need a refund/replacement by tomorrow or I will be forced to approach the
legal system and will also approach the newspapers and tell them my story.
I will not spare flipkart as I am really being stressed, strained and
hassled by flipkart!
