MakeMytrip and Flip kart Fraud Attention

Hi Makemytrip,

I am writing this  to request answers for some of my queries. I recently made some purchases on FLIPKART and they sent me makemytrip hotel Gift cards worth 2500 value to book hotels through your portal. I used them to made some booking “SUCCESSFULLY” and received booking voucher saying “Booking successful and no need of confirmation from hotel”.

Last week I received an email from your team saying my booking are cancelled sur to non-adherence of TnC by FLIPKART. My queries from you are:

 

What SPECIFIC TnC did I not fulfil? Please specify
If there was non-fulfillment of some criteria of usage of these Gift cards, “HOW” your system accepted these bookings and issues booking voucher successfully allocating rooms in booked hotels.
While cancellation of my bookings, why I was not contacted personally so that I can make some other arrangements? IS IT NOT a responsibility of your team to take care of such non-desirable situation of your customers?
WHY am I being denied of refund for all my bookings if there was a system error/bug to accept the bookings which were not fulfilling some criteria neither you or your system was aware? IS IT MY MISTAKE that your system is not full proof? What will happen to my refund, please answer specifically.
LAST but not Least, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ask me to contact FLIPKART as I USED MMT PORTAL, I PAID MMT PORTAL and My money is stuck with MMT portal. I don’t think FLIPKART can help me in getting my answer r my MONEY back.
