I recently Purchased Nokia 6.1 from Flipkart but after 2 days of product delivered i am facing charging Issue, so i requested Flipkart to return my faulty product under their return policy, the Flipkart arranged a technician visit to troubleshooting my issue technician checked my phone and says that the phone is OK. but is still have issue my phone never get fully charged even after 100% of battery my phone is shows charging. so i decided to call Flipkart customer support i describe my issue to the executive, the executive arranged another technician visit with same technician, i ask technician why he gives the fake update to the Flipkart and the technician says according to Flipkart if your phone,s battery charges 5% in 10 minutes we can't approved your return request although my phone supports fast charging and comes with a 18 volts fast charger and in description clearly mentioned the Phone charges upto 50% in 30 minutes. i call flipkart customer support and the forwarded my Complaint with the senior staff. the senior executive told me to take my phone tot the nearest service center, i done the same but in service center the staff deny to makes DOA for my device because i purchased Device from E-Commerce site. so i decied to call flipkart customer service again the told me the will corporate with service center and get repair my phone, although every phone manufacture haves a policy to replace phone if phone got faulty within 15 days, so why should repair my phone i need a new one

and the flipkart should change their "10 days return policy" name to "10 Days free troubleshooting policy"
