Flipkart delivered detergent soap for ordering a mobile-not yet resolved almost a month

I have ordered a mobile in Flipkart online shopping worth Rs. 6000 and i have paid full amount for the order. When i opened the delivered box, it was a detergent soap instead of a mobile which i ordered. This is very shocking for me and i have raised a complained to the Flipkart customer care, at first, they have not accepted my complaint saying that it is not a genuine complaint and they have delivered with the product intact. But, again i have sent an email with the pics which i have and explained all the details. Then they have accepted that the problem is with their seller's end. They asked my proof of identity and i have sent my Aadhar card and address details. Finally they accept for the replacement and send the new pack. But, the delivery partner of Flipkart called as E-kart deny to replace the new delivery pack as they didn't get any confirmation email from them. As a customer, i have talked many times to the customer care of Flipkart,, the issue not yet resolved and i didn't get my mobile yet. In online business, business ethics should be followed because we are relying on them and we are paying amount before we get our product in our hand. I have sent so many emails and calls to them. They are telling that it will be resolved soon but still the issue is not resolved almost a month getting over. I heard that so many online fraudulent activities taking place and as a common man i don't know what to do and how to proceed further if come across a situation like this.
