Hello Fleming Island Plantation Residents!

Did you know the Margaret’s Walk neighborhood has a dock? Did you know that even if you aren’t a resident of MW but are one of FIP, you can get a day pass from the Amenity Center to access the gate and go out on the dock and walking path?

Did you also know that the FIP CDD Board is looking to demolish our dock and close our park and walking path? Amenities which were a part of many resident’s contracts when they built their home. The CDD is requesting the HOA either take this over, or they will demolish it. The HOA taking this over isn't practical from a cost perspective as this is not within the MW budget, so the ultimatum of demolishing and closure will inevitably occur.

Even if you do not live in MW, we ask that you STAND WITH US!

Please sign this petition, email the board members, AND call the CDD board to let them know demolishing a dock and closing down a park is NOT okay! I implore you to attend the June 22nd meeting to stand up against the CDD Board and tell them this is NOT acceptable!
