Since its launch in 2019, Disney+ has done an excellent job including strobe light warnings on all new titles that need it. When a movie, short, special, or episode of a television show has strobe light effects, a warning will show up every time the title is pulled up, shown directly below the rating information.

For some reason, Disney+ neglected to put a strobe light warning on Hocus Pocus 2, a new film that is in very intense need of such a warning. There are scenes with intense flashes of lightning, including several seconds where it flashes against pitch darkness.

It is in the best interests of Disney+ and The Walt Disney Company to include a strobe light warning for this film as soon as it can happen. It protects viewers with photosensitive health issues, and it protects Disney from the potential of lawsuits stemming from photosensitivity-related injuries.
