We the residents of Pakenham and Cardinia shire would like council as and government to repair potholes and roads in Cardinia Shire.

Not only are there numerous reports from members of the community on a daily and weekly basis about the damage to cars, but the safety risk associated with driving a damaged car  is something that can no longer be ignored

With the increased cost of living residents can not afford the constant repairs, not to mention the risk to the safety and well-being of car owners, drivers, passengers and pedestrians. 

The repair of a car may mean a person has to decide whether to pay a bill, buy food, pay rent/mortgage or make a repair caused by a road we have paid to have maintained by either rates or taxes. 

It is not good enough and we would like to see council and government be more proactive and less dismissive when it comes to the safety and welfare of resident's and road users
