We purchased our home in this beautiful neighborhood mainly because of the sense of security we got from it being a gated community. My husband travels for work and I am home alone with our young children a lot. Since we’ve lived here over the last 3 months the gates have been closed for less than  7 consecutive days. This is unacceptable!

Everyone in this neighborhood pays our fees and abide to all the rules set forth by the HOA. Is it not fair that we feel protected  in our homes? With the sun being so hot during the day, shouldn’t  we feel safe walking the trails at dusk without worrying that strangers can come and go as they please? 

Not to mention all the cars parked by the entrance when you try to enter on weekends. I don’t mean to be harsh but we all paid extra to get a home in a gated community. And that is exactly what we are requesting.

PLEASE FIX OUR GATES!! With all the fees the HOA collects they can afford to replace the broken gates immediately! We are tired of excuses!
