My family and I have lived in Louise Court since I was a sophomore in high school. Parking has always been a reoccurring issue on and off since we moved here. Most recently parking has significantly become a problem for multiple families & it’s not so much the parking in front of other peoples houses that’s a problem, but there are some residents in here that have vehicles parked that do not move, for months, years even, parked in front of other peoples homes causing them to not be able to park there. Which in turn causes a trickle effect of no one being able to park in front of their own homes. Without assigned parking these residents do not have to move these cars and can continue to use this neighborhood as their personal junkyard at everyone else’s expense. It appears the town will not take action, so we have created this petition to show the town officials we are serious about this issue. 
I’m hoping that enough people can sign this so we are able to take this to the town and regain our parking spots.. at the least just get the cars in here that don’t move. Multiple people have taken advantage of the public parking by using it as a junk yard. As a young mom having a baby parking at the other end of the neighborhood, bringing groceries in, a baby in, diaper bags etc, all because someone can’t move their cars that are not even driven. My family just wants to be able to park in front of our home again & safely get my child inside.
