STOP killing Veterans Org and resign!

STOP killing Veterans Org and resign!
What's worse than stolen valor? Stolen money from those who served with Valor. FIX'd Inc Veteran Service Org. isn't like any other service organization, it was the last line of defense for our nations war fighters until a select few bullied board members out and realized how they can serve themselves instead.
A non profit board of directors has three significant duties:
1. Duty of Care.
2. Duty of Loyalty.
3. Duty of Obedience.
Current President & CEO of FIX'D Inc, Ben Cordero doesn't do anything but waste money and never follow through on promises. He has created a toxic environment of corruption. He has not provided a culture of transparency & accountability, nor has he lead by example. He has in fact been an example of wasting money from donors in the tens of thousands of dollars while paying for services from businesses owned and managed by close friends of his. That is not how donated funds for Veterans in need should be spent. Paying for hundreds of t- shirts and marketing items to promote the organization won't do any good boxed up in his garage, but it helps out his buddy. Crucial programs keeping Veterans alive have been cut leaving Veterans in crisis forgotten. FIX'd inc has a reputable website many friends on. Mr. Cordero decided to make a new one by funding another personal friends website business. Not a duty of care.
Ben Cordero's lack of loyalty to Veterans is apparent by allowing IRS fines to spiral out of control while he parties in Las Vegas. Ben withheld paying the IRS and caused the organization to be penalized $5,090.91. Retired Santa Clara Sheriff Ben Cordero has not built an effective board, failed to remain compliant, disregards feduciary duties, and intentionally refuses to pay the organizations taxes. Ben Cordero has allowed his employees and fellow board members to draw a salary while collecting unemployment. FIX'D Inc. currently has a $13,627.05 penalty due to the EDD as of Feb, 1 2022. Donor funds now must pay for negligence. The mission is providing services to Veterans and that is not happening. Not a duty of loyalty.
FIX'd Inc has received over a hundred thousand dollars in the last two years and provided zero reports to grantors, squandered tens of thousands of dollars, donating funds to businesses of personal friends instead of Vets in need. Ben Cordero refuses to allow members of the public to see the books, refuses to return calls from concerned community members, and pushes all the work onto one office worker, a whistle blower with integrity. Ben Cordero's absolute lack of leadership has directly lead to an environment of corruption for an organization once voted "Best in Tracy" as well as great non profit 5 years in a row!
FIX'd has helped over 1,300 vets and their families across the nation and intervened in over 300 suicides. Ben Cordero refuses to resign until, in his words "give back an empty (bank account) FIX'd" to the original board members. Disregarding duty of obedience. Ben Cordero drove out community leaders once on the FIX'd board and filled it his with cronies. Currently board members brag about "draining" this charity's accounts in normal conversations. What kind of people do things like this? Ben Cordero, Doni Washburn, and Steve Vandegraff are the kinds of people who do.
Please Join local Combat Veterans and First Responders demanding former this DLA police Captain Ben Cordero and his ilk to resign! Every day that goes by they drain funds intended for Disabled Veterans. Dishonorable.
