Every quarter Stanford students witness Axess crash right before and during enrollment. With a billion dollar endowment, Stanford should be able to ensure an efficient enrollment process for their student body. The website was just recently updated and yet that made the situation worse. Instead of establishing open lines of communication with their students about when the problem will be fixed, Stanford administration stays silent.
