In the past month, there has been an issue between two YouTubers known by the Act Man and QuantumTV. The Act Man, following the Fair Use Act, utilized segments from QuantumTV’s, and many other YouTubers, opinions on the game Elden Ring in order to criticize the views of reviewers on Elden Ring as part of his video, “The WORST Elden Ring Hot Takes.” 
Shortly after, QuantumTV filed a DMCA take down due to the Act Man apparently abusing copyrighted material.
Long story short, QuantumTV was salty for being criticized on a public platform over a video game. 
As a result and an ongoing legal battle between the two, YouTube ended up siding with QuantumTV and started to punish the Act Man via demonetizing him, taking down his videos, and giving him a warning for his YouTube account apparently “violating community guidelines”. YouTube has not listened to the public or any other content creators who have stated that in fact, QuantumTV has violated many of their supposed “community guidelines” in the past via ban evading, hate speech directed towards other YouTubers, false copyright claims, etc, (offenses worthy of account termination) and yet continues to side with QTV and even keep him monetized throughout the whole situation. 
This is not the first time fellow content creators have been screwed over by YouTube for poorly managing their supposed rules and guidelines set for everyone yet clearly not implemented on everyone. 
With the intention of this petition and with the support of everyone who believes that in fact what is going on is wrong, YouTube will finally give us the answers and fixes we want:

Why are they doing what they’re doing and what is the reason for the support of QTV?;

Remove their punishments on clearly the wrong people and remonetize the Act Man along with re-adding his removed videos, and;

Actually listen to their community in order to keep YouTube as one of the best media platforms on the internet not only for today, but for the years forward.
