Don't delay! Act now!

Seals are suffocating from the effects of fishing line pollution. 1,400 seals die from fishing line pollution entanglements every year. If this continues the seal population will plummet completely with no hope of return.

Globally, 100,000 marine mammals including, whales, dolphins, porpoises, seals and sea lions. 20 Seal the loop bins collected over 1.5km of fishing line over a 5-month period. Zoos Victoria received a government grant which allowed for the installation of 60 Seal the Loop bins around Victoria by mid-2012. We can't end there!

If you act now the seals will have another chance of life. The seals can’t free themselves or even try without slimming their chances of survival through the endless pain and suffering. The more seals marine mammals are suffocated and killed the less we all get to experience the majestic sea lions and dolphins.

From this moment on, fishing lines in the ocean will be a thing of the past.
