A Substance Abuse Center for North Haven Residents

It is beyond overdue that North Haven create a decent drug program AND center for its residents. Although the exact number of overdose-related deaths in North Haven is unknown due to the rightful privacy of the deceased, we can all agree the death toll is absolutely staggering.
We need a decent drug/substance abuse program that begins in the school system (Middle school to start), and carries through to adult education.
North Haven also needs a well funded Substance Abuse Center offering therapy, and community resources to assist in curbing the opioid crisis affecting our North Haven youth.
We are hoping First Selectman Michael Freda will help lead this initiative, and hopefully help us to lower the future passings of young North Haven residents by means of drug overdose.
No money/donations, we feel this should be funded by the Town of North Haven.
Thank you for reading.
