Dawn Mcdowell started this petition to First minister DUP Arlene foster

To many children losing out on a proper education and need to resit a term of school to be educated at the best of their knowledge especially GCSE & A-level students feeling they don’t have the knowledge to move into work positions or university etc, children going through this pandemic are suffering from mental health not just from having no social time with friends but also the stress of under achieving in their exams, parents with multiple children having to educate their children in primary, gcse and A-levels aren’t able to educate their children to the extent they would benefit from school, teachers go to university for years to learn the skills needed to educate children and within age group of teaching; primary, secondary etc. This is also effecting a child potential in learning from home when the parents/parent don’t have the essential skills in teaching. Please share and sign this petition that our children don’t lose out on any more than they have during this pandemic with education and their mental health. Childhood is the most precious time of our life and also our building blocks to Adulthood and it’s time we do everything we can that our children get the essential help they need to achieve their potential in life and happiness.
