Todd Downing's lack of results in his current role is unacceptable for an NFL offensive coordinator on any team. Downing's 18 month tenure as the Titans offensive coordinator has shown a complete lack of skills needed to continue in his role. 

Downing's offense has ranked at or near the bottom of the league over the past 18 months and is currently ranked last in multiple statistical categories, despite having the best running back in the league during this same timeframe. 

Downing's body of work isn't enough for him to continue in his current capacity. Let this petition show that Titans fans expect better and will not allow mediocrity to hinder progress and a potential Super Bowl run.
