If you attend or have attended Franklin High School, you are probably well aware of the two librarians who work at the textbook window, their names are Mrs. Brannon (the one with the blondish grey hair) and Mrs. Ehrlich the one with also grey hair. They both have REPEATEDLY treated students like garbage and like treats them as if they are below them.

Multiple students have come forward and stated how they have been mistreated by them which includes yelling at them for asking questions, simply not doing something the right way and making the smallest mistake. There was one incident where they had made my friend cry and I calmly told them to "calm down a bit" but then they snapped and said "YOU STAY OUT OF THIS! IT ISNT YOUR PROBLEM!" They have also yelled at students for not turning around their books immediately at the checkout window. There are also multiple yelp reviews talking about how they boss around the kids and treat them poorly. They also shout at kids for being loud yet when it is quiet, I can hear them having a super loud conversation all the way at the desk they are at all the way back in the fiction section. 

This creates an unsafe environment for kids, making students scared into going into the library even if they aren't there for school. If this petition works and they get fired this will make kids more comfortable at the desk and make more kids go to the library to check out books and it will also prevent kids from being nervous to turn in books. 

Action needs to be taken NOW! The school and the library need to be held accountable for keeping these people hired for as long as they have been. They should not be treating students like this; they are students if they are bound to not know somethings and that's okay, they should not be yelled and screamed at and given attitude for something so small.
