FedEx as a parcel carrier has become a joke and their most useful function today is just as meme fodder. Business that ship with them should be outraged and seek alternatives. As customers.........we are distressed upon learning that our purchases are being entrusted to FedEx for delivery.

One of the most disgusting examples of this absolute miscarriage of duty being the FedEx terminal in Austell, GA. There are countless stories told on facebook, twitter, ticktock, and local news outlets about the game of chance one plays in hoping to actually get a package delivered out of the Abyss of FedEx Austell. I personally have had six packages lost over the last two years that have had to be replaced by the vendor as well as one pending right now that they have lied and claimed delivery has been attempted twice.........I have proof that is not the case.

It is time that FedEx acknowledges its failings and shows that it intends to fix the broken system. I propose they start with a public toss up of the Austell terminal.

Until true action is observed I encourage all business owners to stop shipping with FedEx whenever possible, all consumers demand that other shipping methods are used when conducting commerce, and to sign this petition to show support for an end to this nonsense.
