Schiphol have had months to sort out their 'operational issues' and yet problems persist.

The CEO Dick Benschop is responsible for the resolution of these issues. 5+ hour queues are not acceptable given the many months since the issues began. 

It is obvious that no management system exists for this problem as Schiphol staff are flustered and unaware of what to do, remaining at the whim of frustrated passengers. 

This petition calls for the removal of Benschop and his executive team, with replacement by a competent set of managers.

Without a change in management it is clear that the problems will continue indefinitely.
