I been at the company for 11 months. Almost a year before I was fired for ABSOLUTELY no reason. I worked janitorial, kids klub and front desk. Always came in on time, did what I was asked with no hesitation and everything. Just to sit here and be fired. Now I am speaking up because the manager is so unfit to be a manager. Her Name is Cheryl Gonzales. She fired so many people with no reason, REFUSED to hire anybody else. There were constant issues at the gym in the Roseville, MI location and she did nothing. So many safety hazards were ignored, members complaints WERE ignored. She also constantly left the gym without telling anyone and members who tried to cancel their membership couldn't simply because she disappeared. I am making this petition because no manager should have the authority to LIE and FIRE anybody with reason. She has told so many lies on so many employees it's just ridiculous. I just want to bring awareness to this ASAP.
