Joseph Rappa is the High School Assistant Principal at Conrad Schools of Science, in Delaware. He’s not only racist towards students, he is also homophobic towards students and gives harsher punishments to people of color. Rumors have spread of Joseph Rappa putting hands on multiple students and not caring of the safety of students. When confronted with a student being sexually assaulted, all he had to say is “What does this have to do with me?” Many students have complained about him and have bad relationships with Joseph Rappa. He should not be able to work with students, he has no passion for them. Please sign this petition so we can show the district on why he should not work at Conrad Schools of Science anymore. When/if we win, Conrad will be a better and safer school. New leadership is needed, we have gotten a new principal and a new Middle School vice principal, so we need a new High School vice principal too.
