Victims and witnesses made a statement saying that would press on the back of the female students and refuse to move regardless of being told to move.

One statement said that would behave inappropriately when alone with female students and make inappropriate body gestures. This includes winking and smirking while looking at students’ private areas.

Outside of class, attempts to start a conversation with female students when it’s clear that they have no interest in actually talking.
