When Kliff was hired it was because he is an “offensive genius” in the vein of Seam Mcvay.  In his tenure as head coach the team has played well at time but struggled towards the end of the season. This season the team is off to a 2-4 start and really should be 1-5. 

Kliff is horrible at time management and struggles to get the plays in at times.  After the loss at Seattle, it appears he has lost the team as many players did not seem to be giving there best effort towards the end of the game.
