Fingersoft yet again to not give useful or helpful responses to their player's support tickets. They have also been known for unjustly banning players, players who have played by the rules and complied with the EULA to be banned due to faulty anti-cheat system, which has been a long problematic issue.

Our goal is to reach to Fingersoft's game support team to speak about the issue. We want to prove that the automated anti-cheat system is legitimately flawed. They have been refusing to provide us their response. We have also used Fingersoft's official Discord server to suggest that the developers should really improve some features, instead of leaving it as "good enough" in the game suggestions channel. The problem, is that the posts often get removed, and the server moderators will issue us mutes, which will restrict us from sending any messages in public chat channels.
