Aldi has made another application for planning permission at the site opening out onto the Clonsilla Road beside Lambourn estate despite this being rejected in 2015. They have added 4 story apartments to the original plan. This will lead to significant traffic problems in an already heavily congested area as well as noise and privacy issues to local residents.

The development consists of a 2 story Aldi shop including an off-license and crèche, 20 three-story houses, a new public plaza off the main road and 140 car parking spaces including 100 for the shop and 40 for the houses. Plus more. See image.

The planning application number is FW19A/0112 The deadline for objections or observations is August 6th 2019.

You can now register online and make your objection/observation through the Fingal website. Or sign here to make your objection known. Here is how to object. Click this link.
