Stop insurance companies charging extortionate administration fees for changes to policies and cancellations of policies. As you will be aware most insurance companies will charge an administration fee it you need to make changes to your policy. Whilst this might seem a fair thing to do in practice some of these fees are extremely high with some companies charging over £70 for a simple change. This cost is not justified in any way as it simply involved someone making a 30 second change on a computer or in some circumstances the policy holder does it themselves online and prints off their own amended paperwork. These fees should also fall under the category of extortion as it is normally a legal requirement for changes to be declared leaving the policy holder with no other option than to pay the fees, this robbery needs to be stopped.
