My father is a senior citizen and he took a loan from mobikwik. Now he paid the emi within due date but again mobikwik silently produced a cheque in bank after 15 days but there wasn't enough balance as he paid the emi so why should he keep balance again?  Thats why the cheque got bounced. 

I asked them to give the cheque bounce charges back which the bank deducted but they said as the payment on 5th September was made from another bank thats why the cheque was produced to bank where it was linked to. This is one of the most ridiculous answer I got. 1st of all the amount which was paid was accepted by them and in the loan repayment history record its mentioned that the emi was paid on 5th September and the cheque was produced on 20th September without  informing my father . 

The most important point is that before 5th September everyday he used to get calls and mails mobikwik asking to pay the emi from a link which they used to send in mail. Another important fact is for last 4 months he used to pay emi on his own and it was never auto-deducted from bank. 

Mobikwik has numerous complaints you can check in different portals. They are looting people. Mobikwik is biggest fraudster company. I want this company to be banned from India.
