I am a retired senior  citizen  and like me there  are  lacks  of other senior citizens  who are deprived  of their  rights of revised pension  base on actual  last  salary as per supreme  court's  order. Other states have already started  following  the supreme  court  order, except Maharashtra state. I had approached  the Commissioner of EPFO on several  occasions,  but the just  play delay tactic  by asking  for Documents  several  times to avoid to follow  the  Supreme  court's  order, as  they  directly  cannot  refuse. I had taken  up the matter  with EPFO commissioner  New Delhi  as well  as  Commissioner  of labour  New Delhi,  but to vain  surprisingly  the government  are not  following  even Supreme  court's  order. Hope this  goes upto finance  minister  and Prime  minister who  can intervene  and do  something  for  senior  citizens,  who really  need  financial  support  at this  age as the living  index  is not  affordable  for  them  can Prime  Minister  and finance  Minister  help  by supporting  the by giving  the pension  as per Supreme  court's  order  in Maharashtra  as other  states  are  following
