Honorable Diplomats of the U.N. I am disturbed to learn that both China and my country, the Philippines have reacted negatively to your resolutions denouncing the human rights abuses of the Rohingyan Muslims.

While I have this slightest chance to say so, may I just reassure you that the actions by my government do not reflect the voice of the majority of freedom loving Filipinos.

There is a lot of anarchy and apathy in our government. They react negatively to any resolutions authored by your good office.

I cannot give you any numbers but just in case my message can carry any weight and shed light on the Filipinos as a people, may I humbly inform you that the vast majority of us, even as we contend with the human rights abuses here, solidly support you in denouncing the massacre of Rohingyan Muslims as well as the persecution and disenfranchisememt of other tribal groups throughout the world.

I feel entitled to speak in behalf of all freedom loving Filipino patriots.

Perhaps my countrymen will find a more positive and participatory role after we tackle the impediments that the human rights abuses here prevents us at this time.

May the Good Lord continue His good works as He empowered through the citizens of the world as represented by the United Nations.
