I am beyond livid with our judicial system! How can they fail children so miserably, that they overlook mental and physical abuse!!! How can they think it’s okay after a year to send two little girls back to their abuser because their dad and the girls lived with grandparents who adore them! After all the work we put in getting them mentally healthier is shot all to hell! The judicial system seems to think that it is better for them to live in a one bedroom apt in low income housing in Jacksonville, FL that has applauding reviews on their website. Not to mention that it is okay that the mother is on her second live in boyfriend since my son and her separation!! How is that far!!!!? what is wrong with this picture and the way people think?? They were safe and now they with be knocked back down over and over. Something has to be changed! This is not right in any since!!!

We need to change how advocates of the courts look at the welfare for children! Mental health should always be consider in the welfare of the children regardless of their age. A mother is not always the best parent for the children to live with. They also need to see that living with family such as grandparents is good thing and not awful. Children with a great support system at will thrive! What happened to the concept?? It seems like the courts want children to fail and have extreme mental issues, what happens when the grow up and then are dependent on the states care???
