During the pandemic the mental health of high school students has been at an all time low. Students of BDU depended on the use of The Student Services room to wind down and have a safe place to overcome mental battles as well as any stress we face as a student here at BDU. This room and the services it provided was taken away to host a room for the Ed center staff for almost a year. Now that we finally get this room back it’s gonna be taken again by the E-Sports Club at BDU who already has a dedicated room. It’s the only club who gets a dedicated  room and it’s unfair to the rest of the students at BDU who could use this space. The thought that video games is put above the mental health of students is not okay and needs to be changed. Please help support this cause by signing this student created petition.
