Censorship of art is like banning free speech. Art is an expression and people have the right to express themselves freely

Our Freedoms have been slowly taken away from us, and now they want our expression and speech...what is this the McCarthy Era again!!! We the People...Our Right to Freedom of Speech...If you do not wish to see it then close your eyes or turn your head, if you do not wish to hear then walk away or plug your ears, that is your right! But, do not stop anyone else from their beliefs, expression, or speech!!!

I'm an artist and I strongly believe every time we allow one of these ultraconservative groups to chip away at our exhibit options, we pave the way for total censorship. Censorship protects the ignorant, not the innocent.

I strongly support the 1st Amendment. As a SB County Supervisor / Mr. Adams needs to READ it.

Art helps us see ourselves better, if one is uncomfortable with an Artwork, it might be best to look at the barriers inside oneself. And, in this case, nobody should be able to remove an Artwork from a space just because they are personally offended.
