Dear Friends of the Ukrainian people who are the victims of Putin's aggression,
FIFA president Gianni Infantino is a well known close friend of Vladimir Putin. On May 23, 2019 Infantino happily received the Order of Friendship from Putin:

Moreover, on February 24, 2022, after Putin began his massacre in Ukraine, at an online event, Infantino showed the world that even after Putin invaded Ukraine, Infanino never regretted supporting and legitimising Vladimir Putin after the occupation of the Crimean Peninsula in 2014. Instead of clearly denouncing Putin as invader of Ukraine, Infantino had a hallucinatory response, meant to divert attention from the subject. Video asking FIFA President Gianni Infantino if he'll retain the Order of Friendship medal given to him by Vladimir Putin and if he has any regrets about praising the Russian leader so strongly in recent years, especially when the initial invasion of Ukraine happened in 2014 " .
It's already too much. By the time the journalist asked the question and Infantino had shown the world that he was still Putin's friend, all mankind already knew that Ukraine had been attacked with missiles and bombs from all sides at Putin's command. Gianni Infantino thus has his hands dirty with the blood of innocent Ukrainians, children, women, the elderly, and must leave the FIFA leadership immediately.
As long as Gianni Infantino remains its president, FIFA legitimizes the slaughter of thousands of innocent people, incalculable destruction and unimaginable suffering.
FIFA Governance Regulations, art. 24, para. 2, regarding the Roles, duties, powers, responsibilities of the FIFA President, provides the following:
"While performing his activities, the President shall be, and thus contribute to FIFA being, a vanguard for promoting the following principles, rights and values in particular:
a) Integrity, ethics and fair play;
b) Human rights and humanitarian values;
c) Non-discrimination, gender equality, equal treatment in general, and the stance against racism;
d) Solidarity and mutual respect in football as well as in society in general;
e) Promoting friendly and peaceful relations within FIFA as well as in society in general for humanitarian reasons."
Gianni Infantino, through his public support on February 24, 2022 and his refusal to denounce his close friendship with Vladimir Putin, violated all five principles listed above. Infantino was thus unworthy to hold the position of FIFA president for even one more day.
If he had a single atom of humanity, Gianni Infantino would have to resign voluntarily and with immediate effect.
Unfortunately, we can't count on that.
We ask the FIFA Council to immediately convene an Extraordinary FIFA Congress on the dismissal of Gianni Infantino from the FIFA leadership, based on the provisions of art. 25, paragraph 3 and of art. 28, para. 2, letter q. of the FIFA Statutes of 2019.
We call on all FIFA member associations and federations to request the FIFA Council to immediately convene an Extraordinary FIFA Congress on the dismissal of Gianni Infantino from the FIFA leadership, based on the provisions of art. 25, paragraph 4 of the FIFA Statutes of 2019. If 1/5 of all FIFA members (national associations) request the convening of an extraordinary congress for the dismissal of Infantino, the FIFA Council is obliged to convene the Extraordinary Congress for the dismissal of Infantino and, according to the provisions of art. 25, para. 5 of the FIFA Statutes from 2019, "The member associations shall be notified of the place, date and agenda at least two months before the date of an Extraordinary Congress. The agenda of an Extraordinary Congress may not be altered."
Please do this as soon as possible! Every second with Infantino at the helm of FIFA is an affront to the whole humanity.
