In may of 2021 Fieldpointe Apartments started enforcing a parking policy that has affected many of us financially. This limits the amount of time we are allowed to have visitors parked at our own homes. We can pay a fee to get an additional daily guest pass if we would like friends and family to stay the night. Or you can pay an even heftier sum to get an additional yearly permanent pass. When we get towed we are supposed to pay hundreds of dollars to get our cars back. When nowhere in the parking agreement is there a specific time that towing begins or ends. This policy is specifically targeting those residents who are less financially able. The apartment complex claims that this policy is to reduce crime. But I have seen more police officers here during the day than at night. If you or someone you know has been affected financially from this policy please sign this petition to get it repealed. This is our home, we should have a say in policies implemented here.
