Christian Horner should be reprimanded for unsportsmanlike conduct in 2021

Christian Horner has been the mastermind of Red Bull and their Driver Academy's success in the last decade, albeit always with ruthless techniques and a team that demoralises drivers seen as unworthy to an extent not seen in ages.
2021, however, has been a new low for the sport.
The Mexico GP weekend has been especially harmful: not only did his team deliberately put Perez at a disadvantage by swapping Verstappen's damaged wing for his fully functioning one, but his comments on Yuki Tsunoda's mistake in Q3 resulted in racial abuse being sent to the AlphaTauri driver, which as a reminder is Red Bull's sister team.
Horner has form of insulting drivers with the result of racial abuse: this same year, after the British GP opening lap incident, Horner's scathing outburst on live TV lead to Lewis Hamilton being bombarded with racial abuse for his racing incident with Max Verstappen.
FIA, race stewards, Liberty Media managers, F1 managment, we demand you do something about the scowling antagonist of F1 that is Christian Horner, before he brings the sport into irrevocable disrepute.
